Parents interested in having their infant or young child baptized, as well as persons seeking to learn more about baptism, or to be baptized, are encouraged to either contact one of the pastors or the church office to schedule an appointment with a pastor. Pastor Rob offers a 3-session class as preparation for baptism called “What Christians Believe.” The class is scheduled as needed.
When a teenager has an interest in understanding more about God, their infant baptism, church membership, and living as a disciple of Jesus Christ, or a desire to get baptized if they have not yet been baptized, they are encouraged to attend confirmation classes to learn our basic Christian beliefs, as well as how we live our faith as disciples of Christ and members of Jesus’ Church. Class sessions usually begin in January or February and continue throughout most of the calendar year. Adults are welcome to attend class sessions if interested.
